The lawsuit alleges that Datavault AI systematically overstated the economic value of its corporate partnerships with entities including Burke, Scilex, and Nature's Miracle. Furthermore, the complaint claims that the company misrepresented the volume of trading activity on its platform, which allegedly remained minimal throughout the period. The legal action also highlights undisclosed connections between Datavault and Edward Withrow III, a convicted felon, claiming this association caused significant reputational damage to the firm.
Datavault AI Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over Alleged Misleading Statements
Investors who lost over $100,000 in Datavault AI Inc. securities between September 2024 and October 2025 are being urged to step forward as lead plaintiffs. The Rosen Law Firm has initiated a class action lawsuit, alleging that the company misled shareholders regarding its partnerships, platform activity, and executive associations.

Shareholders who acquired stock during the designated class period may participate in the litigation without out-of-pocket costs through a contingency fee arrangement. Those wishing to serve as lead plaintiff must submit a motion to the court by October 5, 2026. While the lawsuit has been filed, no class has been certified, meaning investors are not currently represented by counsel unless they specifically retain one. Participation in any future recovery does not strictly require an investor to serve as a lead representative.
