The project encompasses a six-floor, 17,700-square-meter medical facility alongside an 890-space parking deck. To streamline the construction process, Skanska plans to utilize significant prefabrication techniques, including unitized curtainwall systems, exterior cladding, and offsite-built exam room pods. These methods are intended to establish new design and construction benchmarks for future UNC Health outpatient facilities.
