Farah Ahmed Joins Volunteers of America Greater New York Board
Farah S. Ahmed, who co-chairs the New York Real Estate Practice at Greenberg Traurig, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America – Greater New York. Her new role connects the high-stakes world of commercial real estate law with the nonprofit's mission to combat homelessness.

Volunteers of America – Greater New York has operated since 1896, currently managing over 70 programs across New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester County. The organization provides essential health and housing services to more than 35,000 people annually, while simultaneously advocating for policy reforms to address systemic instability and homelessness.
