This shift marks the firm’s attempt to pivot away from its legacy operations toward the growing artificial intelligence data center market.
CEO Tyler Hassen stated that the new name reflects a strategic evolution aimed at supporting the world’s leading technology firms with next-generation data center campuses. The company has already launched a new corporate website at www.zonefrontier.com and intends to formalize the change with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission via a Form 8-K filing. This rebranding effort comes as the company transitions from its previous focus on cleaning services toward the capital-intensive business of building AI-critical infrastructure.
