The integration bypasses the need for third-party dictation software or manual copy-pasting between applications. By embedding the AI directly into the existing workflow, Cerbo allows practitioners to maintain focus on the patient during visits rather than splitting attention between the individual and a keyboard. According to the company, the tool is specifically calibrated for the unique note templates and language used in direct-pay, functional, and integrative medicine practices.
Cerbo Integrates AI Scribe Directly Into EHR Platform
Atlanta-based EHR provider Cerbo has launched AI Scribe, a documentation tool designed to automate clinical notes within its native interface. Starting at $29 per provider per month, the system listens to patient encounters and generates structured charts in real-time, aiming to eliminate the hours of after-hours paperwork known as pajama time.

Nishant Phadnis, Chief Product Officer at Cerbo, noted that the development stemmed from recurring feedback regarding the burnout associated with evening charting. The generated notes remain subject to the practitioner's final review, edit, and signature to ensure clinical accuracy. Current users can activate the feature via their account settings, with the company positioning this release as the first in a broader roadmap of AI-driven tools intended to streamline administrative burdens for independent clinics.
