Eleven United Way organizations across Illinois have received a combined $30,000 in funding through the American Water Charitable Foundation. Since 2022, the collaborative efforts of the foundation and the regional utility have funneled nearly $100,000 into Illinois-based social programs. Rebecca Losli, President of Illinois American Water, noted that the initiative focuses on addressing the specific, vital needs of local customers.
