King Risk Partners Acquires Long Island Agency Norton and Siegel
A 134-year-old staple of the Long Island insurance market is changing hands as King Risk Partners completes its acquisition of Babylon Village-based Norton and Siegel. The deal marks a strategic push for the Florida-based brokerage to deepen its footprint in New York through established regional expertise.

Scott Popilek, CEO of King Risk Partners, stated that the integration of the agency strengthens the firm’s collective expertise and expands the service value provided to New York clients. Aaron Stein, who owns the century-old agency, noted that the transition provides his team with greater carrier access and organizational resources while maintaining the personal, local relationships that have defined the firm for generations. Clients will continue working with their existing representatives despite the change in ownership structure.
