Each extracted value includes a confidence score, and the system highlights missing information, ensuring staff retain final decision-making authority.
Amtech Automates Corrugated Packaging Quoting with Agentic AI
Amtech Software has launched an embedded AI agent for its Quick Quote application, designed to interpret email inquiries and attachments into structured data. By automating the manual transcription of client requests, the tool aims to reduce the time estimators spend on data entry for corrugated packaging manufacturers.
This functionality integrates directly with the existing Amtech ecosystem, including the EnCore ERP system. Information from won quotes flows back into the system automatically, eliminating the need for redundant manual data entry. Danna Nelson, SVP of Products at Amtech, noted that the development responds to demands from their AI Council for measurable improvements in productivity and revenue. The company plans to showcase further agentic AI applications for its software portfolio at an upcoming user conference in Nashville, scheduled for October 11–14.
