Flow Engineering Secures $50M to Accelerate Hardware Development
Hardware development platform Flow Engineering has closed a $50 million Series B funding round at a $750 million valuation. The capital will fuel the company’s push to apply AI agents to complex physical engineering, aiming to shrink development cycles from months to days for industry leaders like Rivian and Anduril.

Flow has seen rapid adoption among firms pushing the boundaries of aerospace, automotive, and defense. Rivian, for instance, scaled its internal use from 40 to 1,500 users in seven months, with engineers now executing millions of API calls weekly. According to Pari Singh, Flow’s founder and CEO, 96% of the company’s customer base has arrived via inbound interest. The new funding will support the development of secure AI harnesses for sensitive technical data, the pursuit of FedRAMP certification, and an expansion of the engineering team to meet increasing demand for automated systems verification.
