Dubai Talent Program Receives 14,600 Applicants for 23 Spots
A staggering 14,600 applicants competed for just 23 positions in the latest Dubai Business Associates cohort, underscoring the city's intensifying pull for global talent. The selected group, representing 15 countries, arrived this October to begin a nine-month intensive training program focused on leadership, strategy, and cross-sector consulting.

Simon Corkill, CEO of Falcon and Associates, noted that the high volume of interest reflects a broader trend of ambitious individuals seeking to influence the city's rapid development. The program, which has now built a network of 350 alumni, functions as a bridge between international talent and the local government and private sectors. According to program director Rami Tawfiq, this initiative serves to cultivate globally-minded leaders while anchoring their professional trajectories within Dubai’s expanding business ecosystem.
