Abuaf, an industry partner at Motive Partners, brings a background in private equity and fintech, having previously served as CEO of Capco North America and held roles at Citi and Ernst & Young. Joining him is Eric Lordi, a former executive at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan who specialized in wealth platform strategy. Both new advisors will work alongside existing board members, including Nate Dalton and Darlene DeRemer, to refine the firm's infrastructure and reduce operational friction within the financial services sector.

Brian Moran, founder and CEO of FLX Networks, noted that the addition of these leaders signals the growing reach of the company’s marketplace. For Abuaf and Lordi, the collaboration represents an opportunity to apply their institutional experience toward simplifying how manufacturers and distributors interact. Their arrival comes as the Bernardsville-based company continues to build out its integrated workflows and business solutions for its expanding member base.
