The company has already utilized a portion of the agreement, selling approximately 121.8 million shares to raise 49.8 million dollars in gross proceeds, averaging about 0.41 dollars per share. Chief Executive Officer Will Horne stated that the remaining capacity was deemed unnecessary for current capital requirements. The move reflects a broader pivot toward disciplined financial management as the company prioritizes the development of its Michigan-based AI data center.
Hyperscale Data Cuts ATM Offering Capacity by 200 Million Dollars
Hyperscale Data has slashed its At-the-Market equity offering capacity by 200 million dollars, citing a desire to protect shareholder value from dilution. The Las Vegas-based firm, which operates under the ticker GPUS, now limits its total potential stock sales under the current program to 100 million dollars.

To fund the facility, which is designed to support 20 megawatts of compute capacity for a neocloud client, Hyperscale Data intends to pivot toward debt financing rather than further equity dilution. Initial estimates suggest the site could secure between 100 million and 150 million dollars in project-specific debt. This strategy aligns with the firm’s long-term goal of refining its balance sheet ahead of the planned 2027 divestiture of its subsidiary, Ault Capital Group.
