The company is centering its presence on two primary additions to its ecosystem: the SurePath Internet-to-Cellular failover technology and the Entría Elevator Controller. SurePath is engineered to maintain constant connectivity for Watchman intercoms and Entría door controllers, automatically shifting to cellular networks if an internet connection drops. Meanwhile, the new elevator controller allows property managers to restrict floor-level access through the same TrueCloud Connect platform used for gate and door management.
CellGate Debuts Elevator Control and Failover Tech at Apartmentalize
When the National Apartment Association’s Apartmentalize conference convenes in New Orleans this June 17–19, CellGate will occupy booth 1007 to demonstrate how its latest hardware aims to bridge the gap between legacy property infrastructure and modern, cloud-managed security requirements for the multifamily housing sector.

Beyond these hardware releases, CellGate is emphasizing its software integrations with industry-standard platforms like Yardi and RealPage. By synchronizing resident data directly into the TrueCloud portal, the system eliminates the administrative overhead of manual credential entry. Ken Shaw, Executive Vice President at CellGate, noted that the flexibility to mix wired and wireless hardware is intended to accommodate properties where traditional cabling remains cost-prohibitive or physically impractical.
