The successful trial confirms the viability of the company’s proprietary extraction architecture, signaling a shift toward processing commercial-scale volumes of mineral concentrates and high-grade electronic waste.
This technology, operated by the subsidiary Flash Metals USA, aims to lower the carbon footprint of recovering precious and critical materials. By applying high-efficiency heat to sources like refinery scrap and monazite, Metallium plans to extract gallium, germanium, antimony, and rare earth elements at a scale suitable for industrial markets.
