EPR Fireworks Appoints Neil Arsenault as Chief Revenue Officer
As demand for integrated data platforms intensifies within public safety agencies, EPR Fireworks has named industry veteran Neil Arsenault as Chief Revenue Officer. Arsenault will spearhead the company’s national market expansion and revenue strategy, stepping into the role as the firm scales its cloud-based management software for fire and EMS departments.
EPR Fireworks, founded in 2016, provides a unified platform for incident reporting, training, and NERIS-ready data management. CEO Gilad Preger noted that the appointment is part of a broader investment in infrastructure aimed at managing the increasing complexity of reporting requirements for first responders. According to Arsenault, the firm is positioning itself to help departments modernize operations by replacing fragmented tools with a single, AI-supported documentation system that functions both in the field and the office.
