Since launching Harvest Group in 2006, Cully has scaled the agency into a global operation with over 500 employees. The firm provides strategic support for consumer brands across major retailers including Walmart, Amazon, Target, and Costco. Its influence is notable, with one in five brands recognized on Bain & Company's 2026 Insurgent Brands list utilizing Harvest Group's services. Under Cully’s guidance, the company has pursued an aggressive growth strategy, completing five acquisitions in the last five years, including the recent purchase of Cartograph to bolster its digital marketplace capabilities.

Reflecting on the achievement, Cully emphasized that the award serves as a collective recognition for his team, mentors, and family rather than a singular accomplishment. The selection process, conducted by an independent panel of CEOs and industry leaders, evaluated candidates on criteria including long-term value creation and entrepreneurial spirit. As a regional winner, Cully will now advance to the national competition held this November at the Strategic Growth Forum. There, he will contend for national honors and a potential spot in the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year competition scheduled for May 2027.
