Cliffmore Park Opens 72 Affordable Senior Units in Fayetteville
A new three-story complex at 5133 Identity Lane has officially opened, offering 72 affordable housing units for residents aged 55 and older. The project, backed by a $6.5 million equity investment from WNC & Associates, aims to provide stability and modern amenities for seniors earning between 40% and 60% of the area median income.

Beyond private living quarters, the community incorporates various shared spaces intended to foster social connection, such as a computer center, an exercise room, and multiple lounges. Outdoor amenities, including a gazebo and picnic areas, complement the building's proximity to local transit and healthcare services. Notably, 10% of the units are reserved through North Carolina’s Key Rental Assistance Program, specifically supporting individuals with disabilities and those experiencing homelessness. This project stands as the second major affordable housing investment by WNC in the Fayetteville area.
