Nscale, a full-stack AI cloud platform, has appointed veteran corporate strategist Amy Banse to its Board of Directors. Banse, who currently holds board seats at Adobe and Lennar Corporation, will also spearhead the company’s Compensation Committee, bringing three decades of governance experience to the London-based firm during its rapid expansion phase.
